The Reasons Behind The Addition

St. Athanasius Centre

After over 30 years of service, The Church of the Virgin Mary & St. Athanasius has outgrown its space. Humbled and grateful, we remember that when St. Mary’s Church first opened its doors in 1998 as an expansion to the original building, it was thought to be enormous and far too big for our needs. Today, it is quite the opposite and we have reached a pivotal point. It is time to plan for the future.

The Church of the Virgin Mary & St. Athanasius exists to achieve but a single goal:

To develop and foster a community of leaders and ambassadors for Christ

In order to continue to do this, we require more space to optimize program efficacy and enhance delivery methods to meet the demands of our church community.

Here is how the St. Athanasius Centre concept was born.

It is time now to make space not only for those who we presently serve, but also for our future generations.

What is the St. Athanasius Centre?

The new centre will be approximately 100,000 square feet. It will serve as the headquarters for our blessed Diocese and will also address the needs of the Church’s Ministry.

Inside the St. Athanasius Centre, you will find:

Where will it be located?
